Can I enter the competition as a group ?

Yes, the entrants can be either individuals or groups.. However, if a group wins, their members will have to share the prize between themselves.



I won the development kit, can I resell it or distribute it ?

No, the kits have are unique to the winner. All resale, partial or complete distribution on the internet or any other medium will expose the owner to prosecution.



I have many ideas, can I submit several projects ?

There are no limits to creativity. One person can propose different projects in the same and/or different categories. Each project will be examined separately. Proposing different projects will not be taken into account in the calculation of the points.



Where do I find the development tools ?

The development tools are free and available on the website
www.gameparkdev.co.kr.



Where do I find ARM Software Toolkit 2.51

A version limited to 30 days is available on the website
www.arm.com. You can, also buy the unlimited version on this same website.



Where do I find help if I don’t know anything about GP32 ?

Several websites can help you in case of difficulty :

Can I take sprites, sources,.. to already existing products ?

No, for obvious legal reasons . The projects must be 100 % originals.



I already started a project, but I spoke about it on the internet, can I still submit it to the contest ?

The projects already available to the public are forbidden, those which haven’t been distributed to the public but with screenshots already seen can still participate.



Can I sign the game with my pseudo ?

No, not to take risks of influencing the jury, they must not know the authors of the projects.
However, once the results are known, the entrants will be allowed to add their names/pseudos to their products. Gamepark and GP32news commit themselves not to take over the projects received.



Even though my project is not yet finished, can I send it, as tomorrow is the last day for shipment ?

Of course ! Many products in version 0.8 or 0.9 are a lot superior to others in version 2.0 ! The jury will not give you a bad point for it.

The GP32 is not on the market in my country, can I participate ?

Of course. Everybody can participate. Moreover, if the GP32 is not officially on the market in a few countries, it can be ordered via distributors like lik-sang.



I don’t have a GP32. Can I participate ?

Yes, this contest might make you feel like getting one.



I would like to create a utility but one aleady exists. Can I create a new one ?

Of course. It may even be better that the one that does already exists !




What type of utility can I create ?

Whatever you want ! An emulator, an mp3 player, a new bios for the console, a flash player...



Who can participate in the contest ?

Anybody, except the organising members, the jury, the Gamepark employees, the GP32news members as well the the members of their family.



I am a bit obsessed by sex, can I put porno pictures in my projects ?

Humanly degrading activity such as racism, pedophily,...are forbidden in the contest.
